One Response to Pat Mitchell

  1. Paley Center Research Services Manager Jane Klain, w/ whom I worked while researching my latest book, DANCING WITH A STAR: THE MAXINE BARRAT STORY, suggested that I contact you about the possibility of doing a public program w/ Maxine. Not only is Maxine a performing arts legend (as a partner in the internationally acclaimed 1940s dance team Loper & Barrat) who holds a vital key to the American dance story, but she may be the only woman alive today who played a vital role in the history of early television as host of her own network TV show AND EVERYTHING NICE (#T85:0152). I hope you will consider giving Maxine an opportunity to bring her wealth of experience and joy of living to a new audience.
    Thank you.
    Best regards, Kris
