TEDxWomen December 1, 2011
Schedule (Eastern times shown, subject to change)

The TEDxWomen stages in New York and Los Angeles will be connected and the speaker sessions simulcast to both locations so that attendees can experience an extraordinary program of speakers from both coasts. TEDxWomen will stream live from our stages to a global network of TEDxWomen events happening around the globe.

  Thanks for your interest. The event is livestreamed, so you will be able to watch from anywhere in the world, but you must either get connected with a local TEDx event that is streaming it, or organize your own. Click here to find a local event: http://tedxwomen.org/tedx-events/. There are a few in California. Hope this helps!

What is TEDx?

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxWomen, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxWomen event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.

These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. About TED

TED is a nonprofit organization devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading.
