Negotiated IT upgrades– server-install with DR reducing cost by 40%.Website Co-ordination with cost reduction, Branding. Systemized admin procedure; Wrote office Practice & Procedures. Mentor/Mentee training & procedures. Foundation administration and communication with over 25 US colleges for over 100 Foundation scholars & their respective admissions or funding needs. Strategize and assisted in implementation of a 3 year plan to build upon target market with branding, web design, Logo, marketing tools.
