I was born in 1968 in Rome and I started with the music biz where I have been working as a sound engineer / producer for various recording studios.

Later I joined the broadcasting industry as audio post manager for Orbit Satellite TV and later Dubai Media Incorporated.

I am a regular columnist for various specialized technical magazines such as Digital Studio, Sound and Stage, Middle Eastern Broadcasting Journal and I am editor in chief of Connessioni , the leading Italian magazine for domotics and home automation.

I have joined SAE in 2006 as Corporate Training and Marketing manager with the mission of providing Arab corporations with updated training in new media technologies.

In 2010 I Have been selected by Apple Inc. as Apple Mentor the Middle East.

I have organized the first ever TEDx Dubai conference on 10|10|09. TEDx Dubai 2009 made it to the TRENDS chart ( top 10 most tweeted terms on Twitter ). The term “Dubai” made it on the Twitter TRENDS chart only 4 times in 2009, with TEDx Dubai being one of them.

I have produced with SAE the first YouTube Channel for the 6th edition of the Dubai International FIlm Festival. More then 40.000 hits in 5 days.

I regularly give lectures and workshops on new media production technologies in conjunctions with the latest developments in new social media tools.

Currently working on the production of TEDx Dubai 2010 and TEDx Tehran|Kish 2010 among many other interesting projects

I love the UAE to bits while living on the Grid, almost 24/7.
