TEDxSouthLakeUnionWomen, Organizer

Cindy is organizing TEDxSouthLakeUnionWomen and is thrilled to bring the passion, spirit and energy that is TEDxWomen to the Seattle metro area. Cindy is an entrepreneurial biotech business lawyer, chair of the Seattle Metro chapter of Women In Bio, and a member of The Heroines Quest Advisory Board. She has been practicing law for 20 years. She co-founded Adkins, Plant, Elvins & Black, PLLC, a life sciences law firm, in 2003, and she loves it. “My clients are passionate about their goals of curing and treating human disease, and I get to help them make a difference in people’s lives.”

Let’s connect! I am the Communication Co-Chair for TEDxRainier (which was held 11.12.11 at Kane Hall UW) and have spoken at the local TEDxWomen last year lead by Kathy Gill of the University of Washington MCDM Program. Let’s connect our organizations to support TEDxWomen! Warmly, Jeris JC Miller

  4. Hi Cynthia -
I hope that WIB Seattle might one day partner with NW Science Writers on events in 2013. Our biggest social event of the year is 1-10-13 at Institute for Systems Biology. Ticket info is here: http://www.nwscience.org
All are welcome to meet the journalists, authors, bloggers, who write about science in WA, OR and Idaho.
