Chadburn Blomquist

TEDxTC, Organizer

Chadburn is currently the Curator and Founder of TEDxTC, an independently organized TED event held in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN. The mission of TEDxTC is to bring awareness of ‘ideas worth spreading’ from the amazing people local to the Twin Cities and surrounding communities.

Chadburn is a Partner at Social Venture Partners Minnesota, an entrepreneurial organization that leverages the money and expertise of its members to promote philanthropy and improve the lives of ‘at risk’ youth.

Chadburn is also currently a Channel Account Manager at Cisco Systems. He joined Cisco in April of 2004 as Strategic Alliance Manager for the Cable and Telco Region of the Wireline and Emerging Provider Area of Cisco’s US Sales Organization. With over 20 years of high tech, marketing, product development and strategic channel development experience, Chadburn was the architect of the Service Provider Technology Partner Program, a Cisco channel program created to enhance the go-to market strategy for its important Service Provider Marketplace.

Prior to joining Cisco, Chadburn was a member of the team at Apple, Palm, and GE as well as independently designing, developing and marketing an early mobile computing tool called PocketNet. He also spent two years as general contractor redesigning and remodeling a mid-century modern home for his family in Minneapolis.
